Virtual Teaching and Studying from home(SFH)

As the lockdown relaxes the world over and the educational institutions try to go back to the old norms, the educators of the world need to pause and re-think. Online classes are draining India’s school teachers. Middle school teachers say it is impossible to check whether each student is paying attention and tough to manage the unruly ones. Some high school teachers report being locked out of their e-classrooms by tech-savvy students. At nurseries and kindergartens, teachers fret about quick-to-judge parents joining their toddlers online. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced schools in India to move to virtual classrooms, but the teachers were not prepared for this. Without any training or infrastructure support, school teachers are struggling.
In life, never forget these important things.🔯🔯 | Really funny ...

Their issues range from basics like internet connectivity and India’s notoriously undependable power supply to more structural issues such as curriculum and teaching methods. Unruly students are making it worse. Most of teachers of India that they might be from school or college don't have that much amount of experience that they can teach easily, except the teachers of expensive schools and colleges. Also, urban areas having 57% of internet penetration whereas as rural areas are at only 27 % according to IAMAI and the most common problem is connectivity and speed during lockdown speed is decreased by 18 % but this also a global problem as the users are continuously using internet according to news report. Apart from that It issue to understand that to complete the classes students must have sufficient data at affordable price. Electricity is also being the major concern during lockdown and mostly in summer there is power challenges not only in rural areas but some urban areas too. Do we want our education system to settle back into the old mould ? Do we want an education system which is based on the physical age of the students, rather than the talent profile? A system where we try to push for generalized education for all and thereby suppress the specialized talent. Can the world afford this? Especially India where 10 million youth come out of school with identical general education and find a bleak future ahead. Or should we take the opportunity to create an Education system which focuses on creating more innovators than the perfect job seekers. An education system which is inclusive and accessible equally to all without their social status or income profile. While the edu-tech companies are blooming taking this as an opportunity. This lockdown there was a massive increase in the number of users for the. The point they wanted to prove to parents for a long time it,s auto-realized. Probably, sooner we can expect a merger with schools and colleges by edu-tech companies. Looking forward for an advanced education system.

Life After WFH Honeymoon

Is honeymoon over I mean Work From Home.
As millions of employees have been asked to work remotely due to Covid-19, this is no longer a debate. As the number of coronavirus patients swells across the world, the manner in which we work has fundamentally changed. ‘Work from home’ has entered our lexicon and brought with itself new anxieties, as for most people the line between work and home has begun to blur.As we get habituated to work from our homes, we also tend to be distracted by domestic duties. From answering the doorbell, to worrying about daily household chores, the reasons for low productivity are many. Also, there is a tendency to aimlessly browse the internet.
It’s although a reality that after WFH every manager is going to have to face the minute it’s time to call employees back to their desks. Sure, for a brief period there could be a honeymoon stage where employees are happy to be once again interacting face-to-face with adults. But before long, fond memories of autonomously working from home will creep in, especially as work-life becomes more stressful and hectic.

5 Benefits Of Working From Home

Work from home has given us Zoom fatigue, homeschooling young children and working at a makeshift home office are factors combining to make workers yearn for the office, say workplace experts.
But still few people will believe that you aren’t productive unless you can be seen in the office. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of trust or if it’s a feeling of control? While the changing minds have a feeling that WFH does help with saving money and a better work/life balance when we have long commute times. Managers (especially those previously skeptical of remote working) need to be preparing for a new workforce coming back to the office; one that has tasted the fruits of remote working and won’t easily let it go.
For those of you who are at home (I’m guessing that’s most of you), how are you doing? If you’re like me, maybe you found the transition kind of novel and exciting at first, but now that’s fizzled out. As I said to someone this week, the sweatpants honeymoon is about to over. During WFH there was no physical separation from our work space and our rest space. Sitting on the bed for most of the day makes us forget the association between bed and sleep.  Which results in a bad sleep cycle and lethargy.

COVID-19 has not only affected humankind physically, but also mentally and financially. As the pace of growth of the economy falters, many of us are worried about our jobs. Working from home has meant that we share this anxiety alone, the Damocles' sword of being terminated hanging over us constantly.

Will Work From Home be the new trend?

OH! What time of the day is it?
When half of the corporate where dwindling with issue whether to give a leeway of Work from home for the employees or not. Right then government declared a national lock down so work from home is the only option.
At first for many employees it was relief and fun thinking of the fact that work from home will be fun. They can at least be at their bed for some time or at least be at home. For most working woman and mothers it's a time when complains will be over for not spending their time with family.

Off to work? For a growing number of employees, that means rolling out of bed, sauntering over to a kitchen table, and firing up the laptop. Forget about the commute, forget about business attire, and forget about office chitchat. This is the emerging face of work in the 21st century.
From the business point of view work-from-anywhere policies for employees have the power to increase productivity and revenue and decrease hiring costs.

Also, remote work and working from home have grown exponentially with technological advances that support collaboration, faster internet speeds and a greater emphasis on work-life balance. Yet, working remotely can have some drawbacks, including loneliness, a feeling of disconnection and a lack of the spontaneous interactions that can result in ideas and breakthroughsWorking from home can be highly productive, but it can also go badly wrong. Without a proper office space, a prioritized schedule, and on-the-spot supervision, it's all too easy to be distracted, and to get very little done.

Mostly, there are two camps when it comes to working from home. One group usually thinks that people will get nothing done, and the other group believes workers will be happier and more productive. Chances are, your answer greatly depends on how you personally fare when working from home.

The tech industry is well known for its flexible schedules and telecommuting opportunities, which makes sense, considering most tech companies are web-based and technology is the greatest resource when working from home. With video chats, conference calls, VPN networks, and wireless Internet, we can constantly stay connected as though we were sitting in our office, rather than at home. Working from home can allow workers to minimize distractions and increase the time they spend focused on a project. It stands to reason that, in the end, companies benefit from these remote employees by getting projects completed faster with fewer mistakes.  But, the world doesn't run only on tech industries!

For some companies, working from home can be a matter of more hours in the day. This is especially true for small businesses and new companies where they can’t afford to waste even one minute of the workday.
Companies are certainly catching onto the trend, and most have the flexibility to work from home, if not at all the time, at least when needed. It’s changing the way we work, especially in the tech sphere. And, while it may not be for everybody, employers may find they can save money and increase productivity for some workers. For some employees, work-from-home benefits may be the difference between an enjoyable and stressful work life.
I feel work from home doesn't only benefits employee or employer in a whole society gets benefited will less traffic and less air pollution. Although, work from home are making us lonelier we are only virtually communicating in a formal way. In this modern world where we are into laptops or mobile most of the day small chitchats communicating to people outside gives us a feeling of belonging which is missing in a modern World.
Here are few tips:

  • Stay active and take breaks. It's easy to forget to move.
  • Stay on a schedule for eating, exercising and sleeping.
  • Avoid raiding the snack drawer by not keeping snacks in the house.
  • Schedule meetings to "humanize communication."
  • Enjoy events put on by various cultural institutions.

DOSA- THE INDIAN PAN CAKE!!

Dosa and students can team up so well. Student never says no to a dosa . Just before you enter your college butter dosa, paneer dosa, cheese dosa, 70mm dosa, even special mysore dosa with extra cheese. I am sure many of us is already having mouth watering. But it is striking to know in bhandi we have more sale in dosa than in a resturant.
An Easy to Make Dosa RecipeDosa - Wikipedia
In a bhandi customers can actually feel the dosa while it is being prepared, when the cook puts the dosa batter into the ´tawa ´, and slowly it puts all over it, you can actually feel while cheese or paneer is being spread over the dosa and how the cooks sets it and give those hot yumilicious dosa into your plate. Even few bhandi´s are famous for putting 15-20 dosas in a single ´tawa´ and setting it all together. ItÅ› being natural human tendency whenever a delicious food is being prepared, all five senses working together we tend to feel hungry a little bit more than before.

Normally  in a resturant food is being prepared inside the kitchen, so till the food is being served to our plate only one of our senses can feel the food that is our nose. Generally what matters in a resturant is it´s ambience, untill the food is being served.
Generally, bhandi is also a place where the working people or a group of students or friends can meet over a cup of tea/coffee and it is also affordable to common as well as poor people, and also it doesn´t charge huge GST, which is must for a resturant.
Being bhandi the most popular food place in South India, it not only prepares dosa it prepares idli, bonda and oviously Irani chai/coffee with osmania biscuits. Nowadays with the change of taste in people at few bhandis started putting some continental flavours in dosa, like schewan dosa.
With the help of  ´THE INDIAN PAN CAKE´ in bhandis, is now giving a good competition to South Indian Resturants.
